Lingayen, Pangasinan — About 21 reformers from Binmaley town have started engaging in a fruitful renewal and development experience at the Pangasinan Reformation Center (PRC).

A multi-purpose facility built by the provincial government in Burgos town, the PRC houses the Integrated Reformation Program of the administration of Governor Amado I. Espino, III.

The fourth batch of reformers were welcomed at the PRC on January 22 by OIC Center Administrator Eugenie Guiang, and PDRRMO chief Rhodyn Luchinvar Oro, leader of the center’s training team.

During their four-day stay at the PRC (until Friday, January 25), the reformers undergo an enriched reformation program which includes spiritual counselling, and various trainings on entrepreneurial and agribusiness activities which they could engage in as they go back to their communities.

“Our goal now (why you are gathered here) is to let you experience a renewal which will prepare you to get back to your families and to the society as a responsible citizen,” Dr. Eugenie Guiang, Dasol Community Hospital chief, told the reformers.

The PRC has already accommodated three batches of reformers from Burgos, Dasol, and Lingayen, and one youth group from Anda town.

The reformers are moderate drug users who have previously surrendered to police authorities.
