Lingayen, Pangasinan — The 4,000-square meter lot in barangay Dupac, Asingan town where the provincial government-run Asingan Community Hospital stands will soon be donated to the province after several years of being under a conditional deed of donation.
Through Provincial Resolution No. 2200-2019 approved during the regular session of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan on January 21, Governor Amado I. Espino, III has been authorized to sign the deed of donation and to accept the said lot from the donors, Mrs. Edith C. Ginez, and Fidel D. Ginez.
The lot is covered by Certificate of Title No. T-52567 of the Register of Deeds of Tayug town with Tax Declaration No. 19390).
“Mrs. Editha, with marital consent of her husband, Fidel, are voluntarily and freely giving, transferring and conveying by deed of donation in a manner that is absolute, the 4,000sq. m. lot to the province of Pangasinan,” the resolution authored by 4th district Board Member Jeremy Agerico Rosario states.
It was sometime in the 1990s when the Ginez couple executed the conditional deed of donation over a portion of the said real property for the exclusive purpose of building and operating a hospital thereat with the condition that the property shall revert back to the donors should the hospital operation shall stop or discontinue.
“The Asingan Community Hospital has been built within the subject premises and as of the present, the province of Pangasinan operates and funds the facility in accordance with the generally accepted guidelines and policies, and continues to upgrade the medical services being provided thereat,” BM Rosario said.
